Andermatt Biogarten Buy Box tree moth Falle (3 pcs.)
The box tree moth Falle is used to monitor the flight time and reduce egg laying by the box tree moth Falter. Male Falters are attracted by a pheromone that mimics the scent of the females and enter the Falter body, from which they can no longer free themselves. This reduces the reproduction of the pest and significantly reduces the infestation pressure on the boxwood.
The trapped Falters also make it possible to precisely determine the time and intensity of the flight. On this basis, the optimum time for control - for example with Delfin against box tree moths - can be determined. Around 7 to 10 days after the Fang, the box tree should be checked for Raups and treated if necessary to effectively prevent damage.
- Attracts male Falters and reduces egg laying
- Enables the determination of flight time and infestation intensity
- Supports the planning of the optimal control time
Application:
Hang one Falle per area freely suspended and shaded at eye level, close to the beech and easily accessible. In densely built-up or overgrown plots, distribute at least 2 units. FaCheck the containers 1 to 2 times a week. Clean the container if necessary and change the water.
Replace the dispenser after 6 weeks. The Falle can be used several times.
The dispensers can be stored unopened at room temperature for 2 years. Storage in the refrigerator is recommended to maintain optimum effectiveness. The effective radius of a Falle is 8 m, which corresponds to an area of 200 square meters.
