Delfin for caterpillars is a biological, beneficial-insect-friendly insecticide that specifically targets caterpillars on fruit, vegetables, vines, ornamental plants, and woody plants. It is suitable, among other things, for controlling grapevine moths, winter moths, cabbage whites, cabbage moths, diamondback moths, tomato leaf miners, lappet moths, geometrid moths, box tree moths, ermine moths, and processionary moths. The product is based on Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki and acts as an ingestion poison: after the caterpillars ingest it, they stop feeding within a few hours and die shortly afterward.

Application is simple and targeted: Delfin can be sprayed directly onto infested leaves and plants, affecting only the caterpillars. Beneficial organisms, bees, and other pollinating insects remain largely unharmed. Application:

Delfin for caterpillars acts as an ingestion poison and should not be used at temperatures below 12°C, as caterpillars eat very little at low temperatures. After treatment, the caterpillars stop feeding within hours and die shortly afterward.

Dilute 1 portion (2 portions for ornamental woody plants and nightshade plants, 3 portions against box tree moths) of 0.25g with water to 0.5 liters. Dissolve the portion in a hand sprayer filled with water. Shake well. Spray the foliage evenly until dripping wet. Repeat the treatment after 10–14 days.
