Andermatt Biogarten Solbac against fungus gnat larvae (100ml)

Buy Andermatt Biogarten Solbac against fungus gnat larvae (100ml)

Fungus gnats are small, black insects that prefer to live in moist soil, where they lay their eggs. The larvae that hatch from these eggs feed on fine roots, which can cause significant growth problems in both houseplants and young plants in the garden. Sensitive plants are particularly vulnerable and may even die in the event of a severe infestation. Early application of Solbac reliably prevents this damage and supports healthy, vigorous growth. Adult gnats are often seen on the soil surface or around the pots, making an infestation easy to detect at an early stage.

Solbac can be safely used on potted plants, in raised beds, and on seedlings. It specifically targets fungus gnat larvae, protecting the plants without affecting the substrate or beneficial organisms. Treatment should begin as soon as the first gnats become visible. In the event of a very severe infestation, the additional use of nematodes—such as Traunem—may be advisable to further reduce the infestation and enable sustainable restoration of the root zone.
