Usage:

• Start by applying the patch, positioning it over the tense area. Remove the first protective strip, starting in the middle, and peel it off from top to bottom. Press the patch onto your skin as you gradually remove the remaining protective strips.
• Repeat the process for the second protective strip. Do not remove the protective strip all at once, as the patch may stick to itself. If applying to very hairy skin, the patch can be removed more easily under the shower (make sure the water isn’t too hot; room-temperature water is ideal).

Precautions:

Not recommended for children under 15 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with a history of cramps or epileptic seizures. Individuals receiving medical treatment should consult a specialist. Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. Lower back heat patches produce a sensation of warmth that varies in intensity and duration depending on each person’s individual response and may cause normal localized skin redness. If you experience a burning sensation, develop skin irritation, or have an allergic reaction, remove the patch immediately. Do not wear for more than 8 hours.
