Darm activ is a water-soluble, non-swelling dietary fiber product with inulin, lactulose and lactic acid bacteria to increase stool frequency and thus support healthy bowel function.

Darm activ contains inulin, lactulose, 2 bifidus strains and 2 lact obacillus strains (Lact obacillus acidophilus, Bifid obacterium longum, Bifid obacterium lactis, Lact obacillus casei).

The inulin contained in Darm activ is a natural substance from chicory (chicory) and serves the plant as a typical reserve substance. Chicory, such as Chicorée or Radicchio, contains a particularly high proportion of inulin. For humans, inulin is a dietary fiber, as it cannot be digested in the small intestine. Only in the Dickintestine can it be broken down by the bacteria of the healthy intestinal flora.

There it mainly serves as food for the bifidus and lact obazillae. The desirable metabolic products of the intestinal bacteria produced during the breakdown of inulin stimulate the movements of the Dickintestine, increase stool frequency and thus naturally support normal bowel movements. Darm activ Dr. Wolz is a soluble, non-swelling preparation that can be stirred into cold drinks (e.g. a glass of non-carbonated water) or soft, cold food. rzDue to the micr obiological principle of action, the consumption of Darm activ Dr. Wolz should be increased slowly. Fang with one measuring spoon (approx. 7 g) and increase the daily amount individually, e.g. one spoonful more each week, until you feel the optimum effect. The daily recommendation is 3 level measuring spoons (= 21 g), which you add to 200 ml liquid of your choice or 200 g soft food and stir well until the powder has dissolved.
