Preparation

Measure out 8g with the enclosed walnut measuring spoon and mix with 60 ml hot water. (Milk frother, shaker or classic with Chasen Matcha bases).

Falls with Matcha broom: Whisk the matcha with a gentle zigzag motion until a fine, even foam forms on the surface. Alternatively: with a shaker or milk frother.

Prepare the cup as desired - with ice cubescubes for cold or without ice for hot. With 200-250 ml milk of your choice (e.g. vanilla or almond milk) or waterpour the whipped matcha over it. Optional: syrup, honey or sweetener
