How is OMNi-BiOTiC 6 used?

Stir 1 packet of OMNi-BiOTiC 6 into 1/8 liter of water 1–2 times a day, wait at least 10 minutes for it to activate, stir again, and then drink. It is recommended to take it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening shortly before bedtime. OMNi-BiOTiC 6 is safe to take during pregnancy and is suitable even for babies.

Usage Tip:

If you have fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize all of the fructooligosaccharides. This prevents any fructose from entering the intestines.
