Application:

Preparation and cleansing of the eye area: Mix 2cm Farbe 1:1 (15 drops) RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes, then leave on for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove with clear water and cotton pads.
