The bath flakes contain pure magnesium chloride extracted from deep within the earth, with no additives, and a magnesium content of 47%. This makes the flakes ideal for both foot baths and full-body baths.

It’s best to dissolve the desired amount of magnesium in a little water and then fill the bathtub with just enough water to barely cover your body. Make sure the bath temperature is around 37°C so that the magnesium ions can penetrate the skin effectively, and take at least 20 minutes to relax.
