The Eye Gel Mask for daily wellness. This reusable hot/cold mask can be used to support your daily eyelid care routine. The mask can be easily warmed in the microwave or in a water bath, or used as a cooling treatment for tired and strained eyes.

Usage:

• Use once or twice a day (before inserting your contact lenses!), for example, once in the morning and once in the evening.
• Heat in a warm water bath (about 45 °C) or in the microwave.
• When putting on the eye mask, place a damp compress or cotton pad between your skin/eyelid and the mask to avoid direct skin contact.
• Place the eye mask, which has been warmed to approximately 45 °C, on your closed eyelids for about 4–10 minutes and secure it with the elastic band if necessary.
• Then gently massage the edges of your eyelids.
• Finally, clean the eyelids with a lint-free cotton pad soaked in a suitable (ideally surfactant-free) cleansing solution.

Instructions for Use:

• Chilling: Place the mask in the refrigerator for 60 minutes or longer, or in the freezer for 15 minutes for quick cooling.
• Warming in a water bath: Place the mask in water heated to approximately 45 °C for a few minutes (do not use boiling water).
• To warm in the microwave: Wrap the mask in a damp cloth and warm it according to the instructions on the package. Afterward, please check the temperature by holding the mask against the inside of your wrist. To heat further, warm it in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
