The Spinefitter by SISSEL is a versatile exercise device designed to help with back pain, muscle tension, and limited mobility of the facet joints. Twenty-eight interconnected balls are arranged in two rows along the spine. The small balls help relieve tension through deep-penetrating pressure. The Spinefitter’s unique shape gently relaxes the shoulder and neck area with ease of use. Mechanical stimulation opens the small vertebral joints of the spine, and movement on the Spinefitter can help release blockages. When lying on your back on the Spinefitter, it stimulates the body’s energy points, thereby supporting energetic balance.
