The Spinefitter by SISSEL is a versatile exercise device for back pain, muscle tension, and limited mobility of the facet joints. Four interconnected balls are arranged in two rows along the spine. The small balls help relieve tension through deep-penetrating pressure. The Spinefitter’s unique shape gently relaxes the shoulder and neck area with ease of use. Mechanical stimulation opens the small vertebral joints of the spine, and movement on the Spinefitter can help release blockages. When lying on your back on the Spinefitter, it stimulates the body’s energy points, thereby supporting energetic balance.

• Extends the standard SPINEFITTER by SISSEL by 12 cm (2 pairs of balls), ideal for taller users (>180 cm)
• Extra small and lightweight—perfect for travel, the office, or on the go
• Assists with exercises for segmental spinal mobilization
• Helps release fascia in specific areas
• Suitable for balance exercises and for strengthening deep muscle structures

Application

The Spinefitter was developed based on daily work in therapy practices and fitness studios. It is versatile and can be used in therapy as well as in individual and group training sessions. The Spinefitter effectively complements exercises in spinal gymnastics, Pilates, and yoga. By facilitating certain joint positions and incorporating challenging poses (balance), it provides new stimuli. Its intuitive handling and quickly noticeable effects make the Spinefitter an ideal piece of exercise equipment for regular training at home.
