Thyme is a versatile Mediterranean culinary herb with a warm, slightly peppery and lemony aroma. It refines soups, sauces, Marinaden and, together with rosemary, is a classic for grilled dishes. rzThanks to its intense flavor, it goes perfectly with Gemü vegetables, meat, fish, cheese and even sweet recipes such as pastries or ice cream. In Provençal cuisine, it is traditionally used in herb bouquets and provides an unmistakable fragrance. VitaThyme also has health benefits: it is rich in antioxidants, rzmines and iron, aids digestion and is valued for its positive effects on the respiratory tract.

When grown, thyme develops slowly at first, but then grows into a small, r obous bush. After around 4-6 weeks, at a height of 10-15 cm, it can be harvested for the first time. A sunny location is important, as the herb needs a lot of light. When harvesting, the strongest stems should be cut off and at least 5 cm should always be left standing. With good care, thyme can be harvested and enjoyed regularly for several months.
