OPTIFIBRE – YOUR EXPERT FOR CONSTIPATION OR DIARRHEA OptiFibre® is a dietary fiber concentrate made from partially hydrolyzed guar gum (PHGG). This concentrate supports the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria. The clinical efficacy of PHGG has been demonstrated for constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Directions for use

Add one level scoop (5 g OptiFibre® = 4.3 g soluble fiber) to 200 ml of liquid or 150 g of puréed food. Stir until the powder has completely dissolved. OptiFibre® can be mixed into cold and warm liquids as well as soft foods without altering their taste or consistency. To ensure optimal solubility, do not use in carbonated beverages.
