The Allos Hildegard's Spelt Muesli is made according to original recipes of Hildegard von Bingen. Enriched with amaranth, cinnamon, galangal and bertram ensure good tolerance. Psyllium, the ripe seeds of a plantain species, have a positive effect on digestion. A delicious muesli that does not require any sweetening.
