Each Alpinamed borage oil capsule contains 500 mg of pure oil obtained by gentle pressing from selected borage seeds (Borago officinalis) in combination with vitamin E of natural origin.

Borage oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids of the omega-6 group such as gamma-linolenic acid (18-25%) and linoleic acid (34-45%).
