Aptamil FMS is suitable for the fortification of women's milk for the nutrition of premature and newborn infants with low birth weight. By adding Aptamil FMS, the natural composition of women's milk is adapted to the special nutritional needs of premature infants. Aptamil FMS enriches gynaecological milk with extensively hydrolyzed protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, trace elements and vitamins as needed. Adding 4 g Aptamil FMS to 100 ml of breast milk increases the energy content by 17 kcal to approx. 82 kcal.
