Application

• Aftershave: 50ml hydrolate white fir, 25ml alcohol 10 drops of pine.
• For stressed muscles and joints: You can get a ready-mixed Arve muscle bath or the Arve muscle fluid from us.
• But you can also make your own bath: You add 8-12 drops of Arve essential oil to 2 1 tablespoons of cream, honey or salt to a full bath. A bath especially beneficial in cold damp weather and after exercise.
