Application

• For refreshment: Spray on undiluted as a cooling face and body shower (close your eyes), also against heavy legs and tension headaches
• Mouth care: Add 5-6 sprays of peppermint water and 1 drop of selected essential oil (e.g. tea tree or myrtle) to a glass of water, rinse and let it take effect
• Digestion: has a good effect on digestion, especially after heavy meals
• Oily skin and hair: Use as a clarifying tonic to cleanse the face or as a final rinse after shampooing
• Summer recipe: Add about 20 sprays of peppermint water to a liter of water, mix elderflower syrup, ice cubes and lemon juice and enjoy a refreshing drink in the summer. You can also freeze the plant water as ice cubes. Refine your fresh fruit salad with a little peppermint water.

Without preservatives and synthetic additives, alcohol-free. The shelf life is limited, the expiration date must be observed. After the expiration date, the plant water does not necessarily have to be thrown away. The fragrant waters are excellent as a detergent or cleaning agent even after the expiration date.
