Application

• Women's bath for all complaints: add 10 - 15 drops to a neutral Aromalife PURE shower bath (200 ml) and mix well. Other women's oils such as clary sage or ylang-ylang can be added as a supplement.
• Natural face cream: mix 1 - 2 drops into a favorite natural face cream - helps regenerate skin cells.
• Emotional Fluctuations: The ideal on-the-go, hormone-regulating companion: add 1- 2 drops to a smelling stick and smell as needed. Can be supplemented with other essential oils, such as orange, rosewood or neroli, as needed.
