Aldehyde-containing, formaldehyde-free instrument disinfectant for manual reprocessing of surgical instruments, including flexible endoscopes and thermolabile materials. Effective against bacteria (incl. M. terrae), fungi, enveloped and non-enveloped viruses (incl. HBV / HCV / HIV) and spores. Tested in vitro and under practice-like conditions (DGHM / VAH methods). Also suitable for use in ultrasonic baths. Low working concentrations of 15 minutes at 1.5% or 1 hour at 1%.
