Cerumenol is a medical product for the removal of earwax plugs. The drops soften the earwax, allowing it to be removed afterwards by rinsing with water.

Application
Instill 5 drops into the ear with the head tilted sideways or when lying on the side. To counteract possible leakage of Cerumenol when the head is tilted upright, a cotton ball smeared with Vaseline can be inserted into the ear canal. After about 20 minutes, the cotton ball can be removed. Afterwards, the softened ear plug can be removed by rinsing with water (never with hard objects such as cotton buds!).
