Turmeric, also known as yellow ginger or saffron root, originates from South Asia. The yellow rhizome is traditionally used there. Dried and powdered, it is added to curry and gives it its characteristic Farbe. The essential oils of the turmeric root are also of interest.

Our innovative turmeric product contains two different extracts in one tin:

• The dry extract capsules contain the valuable, water-soluble components of the turmeric root. We use the well-known curcumin C3 complex here. It is one of the best scientifically researched turmeric raw materials and has a 65-fold higher concentration of active substances. The curcuminoid content of a single capsule therefore corresponds to around 29 g of fresh turmeric root. The 450mg curcuminoids per capsule are made up as follows: 360mg curcumin, 77mg desmethoxy-curcumin and 14mg bisdemethoxy-curcumin.
• In addition to coconut oil, the oil extract capsules contain the oily components of the turmeric root, which were obtained by gentle extraction using natural carbon dioxide. One capsule contains 210 mg of essential oils, consisting of alpha-, ar- and beta- Turmerone.

Consuming the capsules together increases the bioavailability of the curcuminoids. We guarantee 100% natural raw materials that are processed without any additives. In this combination preparation, we do not add the natural potency enhancer bioperine, a pepper extract that can attack the intestinal mucosa.
