How to use

• The Reshaping Draining Wraps can be used on the legs, buttocks, hips, stomach and arms as required.
• It is recommended that you cover the areas on which you rest during application with a towel.
• The skin does not need to be rinsed after application.
• If only one wrap is used for this application, the other already soaked wrap can be stored in the well-sealed bag for a maximum of 3 days.

Legs:

• Clean the area to be treated before use, dry well and rub over the skin with your fingertips from the bottom to obthe top.
• Place the foot on a stool and wrap the soaked bandage around the leg in criss-crossing strips without applying too much pressure. When you reach the knee, stretch the leg out and continue wrapping the bandage around the leg until you reach the groin.
• Tuck the end of the wrap under the last wrap.
• Wrap the other bandage around the other leg and leave it on for 30 minutes. You can move freely during the application time.
• Remove the wrap and massage in any residue of the solution from the bottom to obto intensify the effect of the application.

Buttocks, hips and stomach:

• Clean the area to be treated before use and dry well.
• Then start oben on the thigh, as close as possible to the groin, to wrap the bandage around the buttocks, hips and abdomen. The wrap should end about four finger widths above the navel.
• If only the abdomen is to be treated, a wrap area of four finger widths below to four finger widths above the navel is sufficient.
