Application

To achieve an optimal effect, the gel should be applied once daily for a period of 3 x 28 days. It is usually recommended to apply DeflaGyn® Vaginal Gel in the evening before going to bed. However, you can also choose a different time. DeflaGyn® is easy to use. A DeflaGyn® vaginal gel set consists of 150 ml vaginal gel and 28 disposable applicators. Shake the bottle well before use! Some of the inserted gel may flow out after use. Any gel that runs out may look slightly reddish and stain your underwear. This discoloration can be washed out. You can also use an underwear protector (panty liner, sanitary napkin).

Non-menstruating patients: Insert the applicator with 5 ml of gel as deeply as possible into the vagina. The duration of therapy is 3 x 28 days. After 28 days, take a therapy break of 3 days.

Menstruating patients: Do not use during menstrual bleeding. Insert the applicator with 5 ml gel as deeply as possible into the vagina for 28 days. An additional break of 3 days is not necessary, as the therapy break has already been completed by the menstrual bleeding stat tgefunden.
