Dixa Buy Dandelion herb with roots cut (70g)

Dandelion is a perennial herbaceous plant that reaches a growth height of 10 cm to 30 cm and contains a white milky sap in all parts. Its fleshy taproot, up to 1 meter long, is dark brown to black on the outside. Dandelion originated in western Asia and Europe, but has spread widely throughout the northern hemisphere, partly through human intervention. In Central Europe it is a common Wildherb in meadows, along roadsides and in gardens. Due to the early appearance of its flowers, the dandelion is an important bee pasture, which serves the development of bee colonies in the spring. The most important active substances of the dandelion are the bitter substances.

Use

As a tea: To prepare as a tea, mix 1-2 tsp with cold water, bring to a boil and strain after 10 minutes.
