ELIXAN Buy Spruce Needle Oil (10ml)

A fresh coniferous forest fragrance: For muscle tension; has a deodorizing, toning and breath-supporting effect. Suitable for sauna infusions and inhalation.

Application

• Skin: Add 2-3 drops to approx. 15 ml of base oil (e.g. joj oba oil, avocado oil) or a natural body cream, apply to the application area and leave to absorb. Can be used several times a day.
• Inhalation: Add 4-5 drops to hot water and inhale.
• Sauna infusion: Add 3-6 drops to the sauna water. Do not drizzle the essence directly onto the hot stones - risk of inflammation!
• Full bath: Mix 7-8 drops with 1 tablespoon of cream (cream serves as a natural emulsifier so that the oil combines with the bath water) and add to the bath water.
• Room climate: Add 3-5 drops to the water in the fragrance lamp or diffuser.
