Application:

1. Insert: Remove the needle guard. Grasp the EZ-Huber with thumb and index finger on the retaining wings and insert vertically into the port.
2. Removal Stabilize the port by placing two fingers on the base plate of the EZ-Huber. Pull out the needle by gripping and pulling up the retaining wings of the EZ-Huber.
3. Disposal Dispose of the EZ-Huber in accordance with the in-house guidelines.
