Farfalla Buy Bergamot Mint organic essential oil (5ml)

Fresh and lemony, slightly tart with a gentle minty note Bergamot mint essential oil is surprisingly gentle, has a refreshing and motivating effect, lifts the mood and is also considered a "protective fragrance". It also helps with emotional lows and anxiety. The oil is also often used as a sauna fragrance in winter. The oil has similar ingredients to lavender and can therefore be used as a substitute for those who do not like the scent of lavender.
