Lavender sage (Salvia Lavandulifolia) or also called small-leaved sage belongs to the labiates family and is obtained by steam distillation of the flowering herb. Its fragrance is fresh, herbaceous and slightly camphor-like. Lavender sage differs from true garden sage (Salvia officinalis) primarily in its much lower ketone content, which is why we offer it as a wonderful, gentler alternative to true sage. The essential oil of lavender sage has strengthening, stimulating and concentration-enhancing properties and is good for stress and exhaustion. In the cold season, this oil can also be used as an air purifier to prevent winter complaints in fragrance lamp / aroma nebulizer. In addition, one appreciates the expectorant properties of this oil.
