Application

Pour recommended amount of powder into a clean and dry glass. add 200 ml of the desired liquid, mix well with a fork or whisk until the powder is dissolved. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes. Use prepared liquids or food promptly. Do not stir into beverages whose temperature is > 70°C. If necessary, allow hot beverages to cool before thickening. Stir or shake carbonated beverages until carbon dioxide is released before thickening. To thicken pureed foods, add the desired amount of Thick & Easy Clear and stir well. To prepare a soaking solution (e.g. for bread, cakes), dissolve 1-2 ML Thick & Easy Clear in 100 ml liquid.
