Granudacyn is for cleansing and moisturising acute, chronic and contaminated wounds and first and second degree burns. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) provides safe preservation and makes Granudacyn a reliable wound irrigation solution. HOCl prevents the spread of gram positive and negative bacteria, including MRSA, ORSA, VRSA, VRE, as well as viruses, fungi and spores in solution.

• All chronic wounds of any depth such as diabetic foot ulcers, decubitus ulcers, venous leg ulcers, etc.

Application

• Spray onto cleansed wound from a distance of 15-30 cm.
• Cleanse wound mechanically with wet dressings or use to loosen Belduring a wet phase.
• Can be combined with standard wound dressings.
