HARTMANN Hydrosorb Gel sterile (10x15g)

Clear and viscous gel with electrolytic composition, which immediately provides a balanced moist wound environment; softens dry, necrotic tissue and facilitates detachment, absorbs Beläge and wound exudate from low exuding wounds; can be removed from the wound with sterile irrigation solution without wound irritation; in syringes with counter-rotating scale for exact determination and documentation of the wound volume and the amount of gel still available; individually sealed in a protective bag.

Application:

For moist wound treatment in obsuperficial and deep wounds with low exudation, e.g. ulcers, decubital ulcers and burns up to grade 2b; supports endogenous debridement and the removal of necrotic and avital tissue by softening and hydrating necrosis; apply the gel 5 mm thick to the wound and cover with a suitable secondary dressing.
