A bud is an embryonic state from which flowers and leaves develop and in which all the potentials of the plant are bundled and powerfully present. In order for healthy flowers and leaves to develop from the bud, among other things, a variety of so-called phytohormones are found in buds. These ensure that the bud can protect itself against harmful influences from bacteria, viruses and fungi, as well as preventing malformations during growth. Other ingredients such as polyphenols, vitamins, trace elements, enzymes, proteins and minerals can also serve the bud's growth, regeneration and repair powers.

Just before the buds begin to sprout in spring, they are harvested carefully and exclusively by hand and immediately placed in a solvent made of alcohol, glycerol and water. This Gemish allows a gentle and optimal extraction of the valuable bud ingredients.

After a three-month maceration in the solvent, the buds are pressed to the original macerate. For a pleasant intake and for the best tolerance, the original macerate is finally diluted in a ratio of 1:4 and can be taken as HEIDAK bud extract by people of all ages. The bud extracts are also well tolerated by animals.
