Heidak hay flower packs are used externally for supportive treatment of various ailments. They warm pleasantly, improve surface blood circulation and allow previously applied spagyric essences to penetrate faster and better. Hay flowers is a collective term for various plants. The HEIDAK-hay flower packs contain husks, flowers, seeds as well as different proportions of stem and leaf fragments of various grasses and meadow plants and are obtained by sifting hay.

Application

Moisten a bag with cold water and heat it in steam for 3-5 minutes. apply a hot-moist bag to the directly affected area once a day and let it work for 30-60 minutes. Adjust the temperature to the individual heat sensation of the user. It is recommended to fix the bag with a preheated cloth and cover it with a wool blanket. The bag should be removed before cooling down and used only once. In order for the effect of the hay flower pack to develop optimally, we recommend resting for about 30 minutes after removing the bag.
