Jelonet is analgesic and low sticking, allowing unobstructed drainage of wound exudate into an absorbent secondary dressing. Jelonet is a sterile kerosene gauze dressing made of open weave gauze. The gauze meshes are connected in a chain by threads. This minimizes fraying during cutting.
