Tastes wonderful with hearty meat dishes with lots of sauce, either as a thick porridge or stirred quite thick and sliced, pan-fried or grilled. Application:
For 2 people, prepare 3 cups of water, 1 tsp of salt and one cup of polenta. Bring the salted water to a boil and remove from heat, slowly drizzle in the polenta and stir to avoid lumps. Then put it back on the stove and let it set for a short time. Now you can serve the polenta according to your taste. Depending on the desired firmness of the polenta, change the amount of water or polenta.
