It rests gently on the skin without sticking to the moist wound - So you can easily remove the dressing without damaging the skin or wound. This makes dressing changes less painful for your patients. Safetac also protects the new tissue as well as the intact skin and supports the natural healing process. The wound edges are also sealed to protect the skin from maceration. Thanks to the perforated design, wound exudate drains into a secondary absorbent dressing. You can leave the dressing on the wound and apply topical treatments. Thanks to the integrity of the dressing, it can be left on the wound for up to 14 days, and secondary dressings can be changed without disrupting the healing process.
