Mepore Film Foil Dressing (10 pcs)

The Mepore Film is a transparent, self-adhesive film dressing that is ideal as a secondary dressing to cover and fix primary dressings and also as a primary dressing for a wide range of "clean" wounds. It is ideal as a secondary fixation dressing to cover hydrogel or alginate dressings. You can also use it on a wide variety of clean wounds in the granulation phase. Mepore Film is breathable and impermeable to fluids, which allows it to prevent maceration of the wound and maintain a moist wound environment. It is also easy to apply, even when wearing gloves. The protective paper is easy to remove and is also sterile. The solvent-free and skin-friendly water-based adhesive provides gentle fixation and gently forms a viral and bacterial barrier. Since the Mepore is transparent, the wound environment can be checked pr oblemlessly. The material is conformable and flexible for optimal freedom of movement and friction protection.

Application

• Remove the protective film (with Mepore film imprint) to expose the adhesive.
• Position the dressing and secure it to the skin with the adhesive side. Please ensure that the dressing is not overstretched during application. Then remove the paper frame and the two side strips.
