Highly absorbent dressing with exudate barrier. Mesorb is a soft, highly absorbent dressing that can absorb large amounts of exudate. The fluid-repellent protective layer prevents external contamination of the wound and protects clothing and bedding from passing exudate. Since the protective layer also covers the sides of the wound dressing, fluid leakage through the sides is also prevented.

Application

Mesorb is intended for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. You can use it as a primary dressing directly on the wound. If extreme absorbency is required, you can also use it as a secondary dressing together with Melgisorb Plus or Mepitel and Mepitel One.
