Preparation

Basic recipe for 4 people: 200 g amaranth, 5 dl water, Morga organic herb salt. Bring the amaranth to a boil with the water, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes, allowing it to swell if necessary. Use as a side dish or to make a Gemvegetable stew.
