Ideal for thickening soups, sauces and fondue, as well as for preparing potato cakes, gnocchi, pastries, etc.

Application

• Sauces: Mix 1-3 tsp. with a little cold water, add to the sauce and bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
• Soups: mix 2-3 tablespoons with a little cold water, pour slowly into the boiling soup and bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
