Application

Add one level measuring spoon (5 g OptiFibre® = 4.3 g soluble dietary fiber) to 200 ml liquid or 150 g pureed food. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. OptiFibre® can be stirred into cold and warm liquids as well as soft foods without changing taste or consistency. To ensure optimal solubility, do not use in carbonated beverages.
