This organic extra virgin olive oil of the first cold pressing is produced in the Valencia region of Spain from two varieties of organic green olives. Serrana very slightly acidic and with a very sweet taste is associated with Villalonga for its texture and intense fruitiness. Our organic olive oil is 1st cold pressed. It is obtained through a mechanical process, the press, carried out at room temperature, it is the most traditional mechanical means. It does not involve heat or additives, thus preserving the essential nutrients of oils (vitamins, tocopherols, essential fatty acids, pigments ...): their active ingredients and therefore their virtues.
