This gives the golden-brown cookies with 23% butter a balanced sweetness and a unique taste that can otherwise only be found on vacation in Brittany. The cane sugar is fair trade and most of the ingredients are sourced from France. The stackable carton pack eliminates the need for individual packs and sorting inserts.
