Use

• Nourishing and repairing oil for face and body: warm a hazelnut-sized amount of shea butter in your hand and apply to very dry and cracked skin areas.
• Repairing balm for dry and damaged hair: warm a hazelnut-sized amount of shea butter in your hands by rubbing vigorously. Knead into hair all the way to the ends.
