Use

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption. Formation of Faser roots possible. Use 1 tablespoon of seeds per seed bowl or germination jar. Soak for approximately twelve hours. Water twice daily and harvest after 4-5 days. The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.
