How to use

Before use, make sure that the product fits well in the shoes. Remove any existing insoles. The heel of the In-Balance® plantar fasciitis insoles must be placed against the back of the shoes. Cut the end to the desired size for optimal use according to the recommendations provided with the product. For some people, pain rzrelief may take some time. The feet need to adapt to the structural characteristics of the soles; therefore a period of adjustment may be required. If necessary, use In-Balance® plantar fasciitis insoles every day and more frequently until you can wear them all day. Replace the insole when it shows signs of wear or tear.
