Properties/effects

SilverSpray Medinova is a dry spray with an innovative combination of 3 active ingredients:

• TlAB is a patented formulation with monovalently bound silver ions, which have a protective film-forming effect and thus counteract micr obial attacks en tgect. The development of secondary infections can thus be avoided.
• Kaolin has a blu tgremineralizing and moisture-absorbing effect and absorbs wound secretions. This prevents maceration of the skin and reduces redness and irritation.
• Hyaluronic acid is film-forming and tissue-moisturizing and enables a normal skin barrier to be restored.

SilverSpray Medinova is a dry spray for external use that supports the formation of an effective barrier on the skin and the natural process of wound healing: It isolates the affected area by creating a microenvironment that enables rapid, spontaneous healing. It protects the affected area from micro obial infestation and thus creates the best conditions for the regeneration of the skin tge tissue

Dosage/application

• For external use only. Shake well before use.
• Children (from 2 years) and adults: Apply 2-3 times daily when changing dressings or as required.
• Wash and dry the skin thoroughly before use.
• Spray a thin layer onto the affected area from a distance of approx. 20 cm.
• Do not massage the affected area after application, the powder must form a homogeneous protective layer.

Indications/possible uses

To support wound healing in the case of abrasions and scratches, minor burns and weeping or reddened areas of skin. Particularly in the case of wounds with exudate (wound secretion), the normal physiological barrier function of the skin is restored and skin regeneration is promoted. For the support or follow-up treatment of diabetic foot or athlete's foot and for skin irritation caused by bedsores or minor cuts.
