Period swimsuit bottom 2-in-1. With its removable straps, it can be worn as a classic bottom (without straps) or as a bikini (the straps make the sides of the swimsuit narrower and lower the waist).

MEDIUM absorbency

For light to medium discharge or the middle of the menstrual phase => only recommended for sunbathing, as the absorbent part in the crotch can soak up water during bathing and the swimsuit will take longer to dry afterwards. All our period swimsuits protect against UV radiation and are made from fabrics that are resistant to chlorine, sun creams and sun oils.

Composition & effect

The materials used to make our briefs are free of harmful substances for the body and the environment (no chemicals and especially no treatment with silver nanoparticles). Our fabrics, laces and elastics are BIO GOTS and/or OEKO-TEX certified. The materials used for production all come from the Mediterranean region.

Tips for use

Depending on how heavy your period is and which absorbency level you choose (light, medium or super), your Sisters Republic underwear can completely replace tampons, pads, menstrual cups... completely, or it can be used as additional protection. For example, if you suffer from heavy bleeding (copper IUD, endometriosis, hormonal disorders...) and want a 100 %ige leakage guarantee, you can put on your Sisters Republic briefs in addition to a cup or tampon and go about your day in peace. However, if you only have a normal to light period, you can use your Sisters Republic briefs alone for up to 12 hours at a time during your entire cycle without any leakage, odor or feeling of dampness.

All you have to do is adjust the absorbency of your briefs to your current menstrual flow: Super for the beginning of your period, Medium for the middle of your period and Light for the end of your period. And to find out exactly how long you can keep your briefs on, just rely on your instincts and change them when you feel a slight dampness s obald.
